This product is our first tribute item, since it was named after our chef’s cute little toddler son Taj. It’s basically a tootsie roll, but fresher and better tasting. Since tootsies have no flour in them, they are gluten free. (Gluten free simply means no wheat flour.) It is chewy and dissolves in your mouth, resulting in a quicker onset of activation by getting in your bloodstream faster than a typical edible with flour in it.

No wheat flour to digest = gluten free = faster activation time.
